Tests for
This test is designed for anyone who wants accurate laboratory diagnosis against six of the most common sexually transmitted infections, without having to wait for standard laboratory turnaround times.
With this test, results will be with you four hours after reaching the laboratory, but you will still have to wait for transit times between the clinic and the lab.
The test is carried out using both a urine sample and a blood sample collected from our clinic location with the help of a medical professional at the clinic of your choice.
Results for this test will usually be available within four hours of being received by the laboratory. You will however, be required to wait up to two working days for the sample to reach the laboratory depending on your choice of clinic and the time of your appointment.
Incubation Period
This test offers accurate results against all six conditions 28 days following exposure.
If you believe you have come into contact with one of the STDs contained within the profile more recently than 28 days then our Early Detection tests may be more suitable. These offer diagnosis from 10 days post exposure.

Clinic Procedure
By selecting a clinic test you’ll be assisted by a nurse or doctor in one of our sexual health clinics located across the country.
To book this test, simply press the ‘Select This Test’ button above. You’ll then be taken to our booking page where you can choose the best clinic for your needs.
Our clinics are all based in a discreet setting and because many of them are general health clinics, there’s no reason why anyone will know that you’re there for a sexual health screening. Just let the receptionist know who you are upon arrival.
The Quick Turnaround 1 test requires a blood and urine sample. The blood sample is collected by a trained nurse or doctor. They’ll take care of you and ensure you’re comfortable, but it will require the use of a needle.
The urine sample will be collected by you in a clinic toilet, with the nurse or doctor providing you with full instructions before you deposit the sample. For the test to be fully accurate you must catch the first stream of urine.
Once you’ve deposited your sample, we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll notify you of your results using our online portal as soon as they’re reported by the laboratory.
